The journey

Day 01
Bali Pick-up → Ferry to Java → Drive to Bromo area
06:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Denpasar). 06:00–10:00 AM: Drive to Gilimanuk Harbour. 10:00 AM: Ferry crossing from Bali to Java. 12:00 PM: Arrival at Ketapang Harbour, Banyuwangi (Note: Bali is 1 hour ahead of Java). 12:00 PM–06:00 PM: Drive to Bromo area with scenic landscape along the way. 07:00 PM: Arrive, check-in, dinner and free time. Overnight in Bromo area.
Day 02
Mount Bromo Sunrise Tour → Madakaripura Waterfall → Banyuwangi
03:00 AM: Pick-up by 4WD Jeep. 03:30 AM: Drive to sunrise viewpoint. 04:00–05:30 AM: Enjoy sunrise and panoramic views of Mount Bromo. 05:30 AM: Explore the Sea of Sand. 06:30 AM: Visit Mount Bromo crater. 08:00 AM: Return to hotel. 09:00 AM: Breakfast and prepare to check out. 10:00 AM: Check out from hotel and drive to Madakaripura Waterfall. 10:30 AM–12:30 PM: Trek and explore Madakaripura Waterfall. 01:00 PM–07:00 PM: Drive to Banyuwangi area (approx. 5–6 hours driving). 07:00 PM: Check in at hotel and free program. Overnight in Banyuwangi.
Day 03
Ijen Crater Midnight Trekking & Blue Fire → Return to Bali
00:30 AM: Drive towards Ijen Crater basecamp. 01:30 AM: Arrive at Paltuding Basecamp. 02:00 AM: Safety briefing and start trekking to Ijen Crater. 03:30 AM: Blue Fire observation (if accessible and conditions permit). 04:30 AM: Return towards the crater rim. 05:00 AM: Enjoy sunrise and panoramic crater lake views. 06:30 AM: Explore permitted viewpoints and volcanic landscape. 07:00 AM: Descend to Paltuding Basecamp. 08:30–09:00 AM: Arrive at basecamp, breakfast and freshen up. 10:00 AM: Drive to Ketapang Harbour. 11:00 AM: Ferry crossing back to Bali. 12:00–04:00 PM: Drop-off at your hotel in Bali, depending on location and traffic.
